If your wax was not able to be removed in one appointment, you will be booked for a follow-up appointment Free of Charge (If you have followed the recommended advice given to help with the removal of the blockage)

We provide service and repairs for all makes of hearing aids, if you have a problem with your hearing aid, simply call us and we can arrange the rest.

We service all types of hearing aids even if you bought them elsewhere.

Service & Repairs appointments are charged @£80.00 + the cost of the parts needed

If we need to send your hearing aids to be repaired by the manufacturer, we have a standard charge that covers most repairs: £99.00 including a 6 months extended warranty
