Shipping policy
Shipping will be done to the registered Shopify address unless otherwise specified.
We ship worldwide with the exception of certain locations.
We use economy shipping for all listings unless stated otherwise.
In the case that you are buying for a gift, please have a complete name & full correct shipping address in the comments or notes at the time of your order to avoid non-delivery due to incorrect shipping details.
Dispatch:
Royal Mail 2nd Class National & International Standard service within 2 working days once payment has been received
Royal Mail Tracked Sign for & Express Delivery Available on demand: contact us for the extra cost
We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's
Orders are shipped on business days only Monday to Friday. Weekends & Bank holidays excluded
We process and ship every day, Monday through Friday.
We aim to have your order out on the same day but during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours (2 business days)
Orders received before 12:00 pm are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm and orders placed on the weekends and/or Bank holidays are shipped the following working day
If you have not received your item in the time frame noted above please contact us (note that weekends and Bank holidays are not considered business days).
Most of our orders are delivered before the estimated delivered date (see feedback) but sometimes items do get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Note:
This shipping method does not carry a tracking number. If tracking is required, please contact us.
Orders for the European countries are typically delivered within 7-10 business days.
Orders to North America and the rest of the world parcels are normally delivered within 15-20 business days.
