Brand new in box & sealed. Most of the receivers are sealed but there might be some that the plastic box is not available. These ones will be boxed in a generic packaging

These newer versions are smaller in appearance and have a slight bend on the receiver part which enhances comfort and retention

You can find out the correct information on the side of the speaker of your hearing aid.

The size you require will be printed on the receiver part of the wire in white writing on a red or blue box
