How often should I change my wax guard?
Changing your Cerushield wax guard varies from person to person. However, we advise to change your wax guard routinely every month to avoid any logging up or blockages.
If the sound is weak/ silent or if wax is visible in the wax guard, it’s time to change the wax guard.
We recommend you change it if you can visibly see a build-up of wax, or you notice the underperformance of your hearing aid.
We suggest you check it on a regular/ daily basis, and you clean it daily with your little wax brush
