Widex / Signia EasyWear Domes for Hearing Aids - All Sizes

Condition: New

Dome Types:

'EasyWear' Instant -

  • Ear-Tip: Open
  • Round: Open, One-Vent, Two-Vent
  • Double: Power
  • Tulip

'EasyWear' Sleeve -

  • Sleeve: Vented, Power

Ear-Tip Domes (Open)
These feature a rounded design with holes to allow natural sound and airflow into the ear canal, minimizing the "muffled" sensation of your own voice. Small (S): 5 mm

  • X-Small (XS): 5 mm
  • Small (S): 7 mm
  • Large (L): 10 mm

Round Domes
Sometimes called closed domes, these have a solid bud shape featuring either one or two tiny vents to increase amplification while blocking external noise.

  • Small (S): 8 mm
  • Medium (M): 10 mm
  • Large (L): 12 mm

Double Domes (Power)
Built with a bell-shaped, overlapping double-skirt design to create a tighter sound seal for individuals with more severe hearing loss.

  • Extra Small (XS): 6 mm
  • Small (S): 10 mm
  • Medium (M): 11 mm
  • Large (L): 13 mm

Tulip Domes
Designed with two overlapping petals rather than a full round skirt, allowing the dome to flex and adapt more dynamically to uniquely shaped ear canals.

  • Medium (M): 8 mm
  • Large (L): 10 mm (This corresponds to Widex's legacy "Standard" sizing)

Sleeve Variations
Instead of a round mushroom shape, they feature a thin, flexible, oval structure that mimics the natural contours of your ear canal.

  • Vented Sleeves: These feature built-in ventilation holes. They balance amplification needs while allowing natural airflow to reduce any trapped, muffled feeling.
  • Power Sleeves: Fully closed, solid silicone sleeves. They maximize acoustic sealing to manage more severe hearing losses and eliminate whistling/feedback.

Both variations of the Widex sleeves are available in four sizes:

  • Extra Small (XS)
  • Small (S)
  • Medium (M)
  • Large (L)
(Because EasyWear Sleeves have an asymmetrical, oval design, Widex does not release official millimeter dimensions for the sleeves.)

About the product:

Keep your Widex hearing aids performing at their absolute best with 100% genuine Widex EasyWear Instant replacement eartips. Made from premium, hypoallergenic, medical-grade soft silicone, these domes provide maximum comfort, secure retention, and optimal acoustic performance.

Key Benefits:

  • All-Day Comfort: Ultra-soft, flexible silicone conforms naturally to your ear canal, preventing soreness or skin irritation.
  • Secure Fit & Retention: Designed to grip the ear canal smoothly, keeping your hearing aid securely in place during exercise, talking, or chewing.
  • Maximum Acoustic Performance: Replacing your domes regularly ensures your hearing aid retains its original sound quality, clarity, and bass response.
  • Wax Protection: Acts as a vital first line of defence, shielding your expensive hearing aid receivers from earwax, moisture, and debris blockage.
  • Perfect Hygiene: Easily swap out old, discoloured, or stretched domes to maintain clean, healthy ears. (Manufacturers recommend changing domes every 4 to 8 weeks).

We advise that domes should be changed every three months or when it becomes stiff or brittle. This is to prevent the dome from detaching from the receiver sound outlet during insertion into or removal from the ear.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How often should I change my domes? For optimal hygiene and sound quality, it is highly recommended to change your domes every 1 to 2 months, or immediately if the silicone becomes stiff, torn, or discoloured.
  • Can I wash and reuse them? You can wipe them daily with a dry cloth, but do not wash them in water as moisture can get trapped and damage the hearing aid speaker.
  • How do I know my size? Look at the side of your original Widex packaging card. If you don't have it, you can measure the widest part of your current dome flap using a standard millimetre ruler.
